Job Summary:
As a Janitorial Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate janitorial operations while also performing cleaning duties and managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train janitorial staff to ensure effective cleaning practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
- Manage schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity.
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, equipment maintenance, and reporting.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in facility management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or facilities management field.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks and computer skills.
