Increase endurance through standing balance postures and core work.
Hot Prana links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. 😅
Expect to get your heart rate up in this uplifting class. Changing and evolving sequences each class.
Practiced in 100 degrees with 50% humidity. 🔥😅
