From our first family medicine residency program in 1975 to expanded services for seniors, immigrants, and youth - our community health center has grown with you. Today’s celebrates that.

For years, our care teams have welcomed individuals and families from across the globe, offering primary care, mental health support, and culturally responsive services as they rebuild their lives in Idaho.

All of your lab and test results are shared exclusively through your MyChart account or secure email, giving you faster, more convenient access to your health information.

💡 What This Means for You:
✅ Test results will be available as soon as they’re ready within MyChart.
✅ Your provider may follow up with next steps (please allow 7 business days for your provider to review and respond on your results).
✅ Routine results will no longer be shared via phone calls, but if a follow-up is needed, your provider will reach out to you as soon as possible.

📲 What You Can Do Now:
✔️ Make sure you have a MyChart account – sign up at www.myfullcircle.org
✔️ Ensure we have your correct email address on file.
✔️ Review results in MyChart, and if you have questions, message your provider or call our office if it has been longer than 7 business days.

This update ensures timely and secure access to your health information.
