Medicare open enrollment begins Tuesday, October 15, 2025.

There are some big changes coming to Boise Medicare Advantage market in 2025. Multiple health insurance companies (Select Health, Aetna, Cigna) are exiting the Medicare Advantage market in parts or all Idaho and patients with those plans will need to switch plans for the coming year.

Please speak with your insurance broker or contact our friend Jackson Longwill at Longwill Insurance to answer any questions you have about new enrollment, changing plans, drug coverage, networks.

We encourage our patients to reach out to someone to with expertise and understanding of Medicare coverage prior to enrolling in a health plan.

Medicare's open enrollment period for 2023 ends December 07, 2023.

We think it is important to understand your health insurance benefits; and make sure your plan has the right coverage specific to your needs.

To that end, we have asked Reese and his team to provide our patients with a complimentary review of their Medicare/Medicare Advantage plan during the open enrollment period.

We apologize to our patients for the less than temperate conditions in our office the last couple of days. Our AC melted down just in time for the heat wave. The HVAC company our property manager contracts with is waiting on a shipment of parts to get it fixed. Normally, the primary care we deliver is FIRE, just not in the literal sense. We hugely appreciate your understanding. We have placed temporary cooling units and fans to try and keep the temperature tolerable. Please be kind to our providers and staff. They are doing everything they can to blow your hair back, figuratively and literally.
