New class series: Perimenopause Foundations 🎙️

If you feel like something is “off,” but you can’t quite explain why - you’re not imagining it.

This series is for individuals who want a deeper, intuitive, evidence-based framework to understand perimenopause - not hype.

No prior hormone knowledge is required. Come prepared to learn!

Each session is 90 minutes, with time for structured discussion and Q&A. NOTE: This class series is educational in nature, and does not replace a thorough medical consultation. Different treatments approaches will be discussed at length, however we will not offer any specific medical advice to individuals during this class. Our hearts are with the family and loved ones of 8-year-old Mora Gerety, whose life was taken in a heartbreaking accident while walking home from school this week. The weight of this loss is felt deeply across our neighborhood. As a community, we will gather in sorrow and solidarity on Saturday night to honor her memory and support those grieving. May we hold one another close, and may Mora’s light stay with us. 🕯️
