🌥️ I almost gave up. After closing my salon (which iykyk was my very heart and soul ❤️) in September, a concept for an intimate yoga space came to me. 🧘🏻‍♀️ So Earth Bound Yoga came to be! It began quickly with the excitement of possibility and growth, but had recently faded into an overwhelming fear of complete and utter failure.

Just when I was ready to walk away, a fresh, new life Anna , and literal “Hope” came to join the journey that has now become .wellness 🌱.

SO if this (reinvigorated) concept of intimate wellness speaks to you, you can find weekly accessible yoga and movement classes in a boutique, small setting. 🕉️

Embracing and discovering how to move my body with intention. 🤍

Letting go of expectations from my past lives as a college athlete and coach 🥎, long distance race runner. 👟, an exercise addiction 😔, and using movement to punish my body.

It’s a beautiful place to be and I have so much gratitude for this body through all of it.
