A little over a week ago, our amazing GC, Jazalynn (“Jazzy”), attended her 9-week OB ultrasound at ICRM and received such wonderful news. Baby was measuring exactly 9 weeks and the heartbeat was right where it needed to be. 💛

Jazzy’s Intended Parents, a sweet couple from Israel, were able to virtually attend the appointment and share in this special milestone from afar. Jazzy’s husband, Dorien, was also there supporting her every step of the way. We absolutely love seeing the support and care surrounding this journey.

This appointment was especially meaningful because it was Yuki’s first time meeting Jazzy in person. Since she lives quite far away in Idaho, her home visit was completed virtually, and earlier appointments happened while Yuki was recovering from knee surgery and traveling internationally. It made finally being together for this milestone even more special.

Last week, Yuki had the opportunity to share one more visit with Intended Parent Nick, his healthy baby, and Nick’s father before they returned home to Shanghai, China.

It was such a special moment to see this sweet family together once again and to witness how well baby is doing. Moments like these are always a beautiful reminder of the joy that comes at the end of such a meaningful journey.

Although Yuki was unable to meet with gestational carrier Ariel during this same visit, she has remained in communication with her and is happy to share that Ariel is doing very well, looks great, and is back to her normal self.

Yuki was so grateful to spend this time with everyone involved and say one last goodbye before Nick and his family’s trip home.

We continue to wish Nick, baby, Ariel, and their families a lifetime filled with love, happiness, and beautiful memories ahead. 💙

Our GC Elizabeth had her 20-week anatomy scan, and we are so happy to share that everything looked wonderful with the baby girl she is carrying. This milestone is always such a special one, and it was made even more meaningful as her intended parents, a sweet couple from Israel, were able to attend the appointment virtually and be part of the moment from afar.

We are so grateful for Elizabeth and the care she is providing, and we are excited to continue following this journey as this little girl continues to grow. 💕

GC Bridget had her 20-week anatomy scan this week and overall everything looked great. The only challenge was that baby decided to stay curled up in a tight ball for most of the ultrasound, making it difficult to see a few structures. Sometimes these little ones already have big personalities and like to keep everyone guessing.

Bridget will likely have a follow-up scan so the remaining anatomy can be visualized, but at this time everything that was seen looked healthy and on track.

We are so happy to see this journey continuing to progress and we are looking forward to the next update.

A very special week for everyone involved. 💙

Our GC Ariel delivered a healthy baby boy 2 days ago, and we are so happy to share that both Ariel and baby are doing well. Ariel is still recovering in the hospital and we are wishing her a smooth recovery over the next few days.

The Intended Parent, Nick, and his family are overjoyed and have now begun this exciting new chapter with their baby boy.

We also wanted to share a photo from a dinner a few weeks before delivery when everyone had the chance to spend time together before baby arrived. It was such a nice evening for everyone to spend time together before this big moment.

Congratulations to Ariel, Nick, and their families on the arrival of this very loved baby boy.

Our GC, Tiffanie, had her 7-week OB ultrasound at ICRM today and received fetal heartbeat confirmation. Her intended parent, a sweet single mom from Spain, is absolutely thrilled with today’s results. Tiffanie’s daughter was also there and was so fascinated watching the baby on the ultrasound, which made the moment even more special 🥹

BBA supported two back-to-back embryo transfers to start 2026 for our amazing gestational carriers, Sierra and Tiffanie. Sierra completed her second embryo transfer with Dr. Maas, and Tiffanie completed her first transfer the following day with Dr. Slater.

Both journeys are in support of intended parents from Spain, each beginning the new year with optimism and the shared hope of growing their family. We are honored to walk alongside our GCs and intended parents during these meaningful milestones and are sending all the positive, sticky vibes for the year ahead ✨

Right before everyone started settling into their Thanksgiving plans, our beautiful surrogates, Bridget, Sierra, and Elizabeth, each completed their embryo transfers, filling the week with so much warmth and hope.

Bridget was supported by her amazing intended parents, Yao and Dennis, who brought the sweetest energy to her day. Sierra and Elizabeth added their own light, making this entire pre-holiday week feel like a celebration of new beginnings.

We’re so grateful for the trust, the teamwork, and the love surrounding each of these journeys.

This week, Yuki had the chance to meet with Fran and Ruben at ICRM for one final visit with Dr. Slater before they return home to Spain. 💕

Although baby Adrian stayed home to keep up with his nap schedule, the meeting was still incredibly special. It gave Fran and Ruben the opportunity to personally thank Dr. Slater and the ICRM team for all of their care and support throughout their journey, and to celebrate alongside the BBA team who shared in making their dream of parenthood a reality. 🌍🍼

Fran and Ruben began their family-building journey with ICRM two years ago, and seeing it come full circle fills our hearts with joy and gratitude. Wishing this beautiful family safe travels back to Spain today! 🇪🇸❤️

We are excited to share that our amazing GC, Ariel, had her 20-week anatomy ultrasound last week! 💕 Yuki was able to be there in person, and the Intended Father joined in from China via audio to be part of this special moment.

Everything looked perfect; baby is healthy and growing right on track! 🍼💖 We’re so grateful for Ariel and the love, teamwork, and connection that make moments like this so special.
