🎯 Focus on what matters most to you. Whether your goal is prevention, improvement or plain old vanity, it is a worthwhile goal. You know it’s worth it because you keep thinking about it! Let yourself focus and decide you’re going to get it.
📝 Outline your strategy. Do you want to explore hormone balance, supplements, increasing exercise or adding strength training? Maybe it’s time to shift or recenter your nutrition and eating habits. Identify some key areas that matter to you.
🗓️Plan. One day, one week at a time. Solidify one new habit or explore one new change. Let it be your thing for the time it takes to make it work for you. Then move to the next.
