People put off taking care of themselves until they’re desperate. Then they find me and ask “what do you do, exactly?”👇
I don’t “do” massage or energy work. Those are just tools.
What I DO is teach people how to feel safe in their bodies again. How to relax. How to let go of the stress they’ve been holding in their minds that’s been stored in their bodies as pain, tension, and disease.
When you’re stressed, agitated, unable to sleep, or spiraling in ruminating thoughts, you can’t think clearly. You lose your temper. You forget important things. Your body carries ALL of it.
Most of my clients have tried traditional therapy or western medicine and it didn’t help. They didn’t want to be put on Adderall or antidepressants. Then they hear about me from a friend or a Google search. They’re like “who is this woo-woo chick and how can she help me?” 🧐
In a nutshell? I teach people how to access their subconscious mind to identify and heal childhood trauma, harmful thought patterns, and limiting beliefs. I help them connect to their true self (their sou) and access emotions that have been buried and blocked, while holding a safe space to process their grief, anger, and pain.
Yes, I use massage, bodywork, energy work, and breathwork, but they’re just a means to an end.
People don’t come to me JUST for massage. They come for RELEIF. They come to be SEEN. They come to be HELD. They come to HEAL. ❤️🩹
Whether it’s chronic illness, cPTSD, anxiety, or depression, we don’t just work on the body. We work ALL the layers: body, mind, and soul.
For the record, I don’t claim to heal people. I don’t do the work for them. We do it together.
And on the other side? Deep rest. Better sleep. Less pain. A calm mind. Full embodied presence and peace in your soul.
