2025, you were full of life. 🤍

Our Thrive Birth Co. team had the honor of attending 102 births across hospitals, birth centers, and home births, and supporting 8 postpartum families.

These numbers tell a story—but they’re not just statistics. Behind every birth was a mother finding her strength, a family welcoming new life, and a moment that will be remembered forever. Each setting, each journey, each baby was met with care, respect, and deep presence.

I am endlessly grateful for this team—their hearts, their commitment, and the way they show up and hold space in some of the most vulnerable and powerful moments of life. And to every family who trusted us with one of the most important days you’ll ever experience—thank you. It is an honor beyond words.

Motherhood has a way of reshaping us.
Not all at once, but slowly… in the quiet moments, the unspoken sacrifices, and the tender in-betweens no one else sees.

It’s in the way your body turns instinct into nourishment.
The way your heart somehow expands to hold more than you ever thought it could.
The way you rise, again and again, for the tiny people who look to you like you hang the moon.

Motherhood isn’t just a role — it’s a becoming.

It’s learning your own strength in the middle of the night.
It’s rewriting the version of yourself you thought you needed to be.
It’s trusting that the woman you were before and the woman you are becoming now can coexist — beautifully, imperfectly, honestly.

As doulas, we get to witness this evolution up close:
the quiet courage,
the holy exhaustion,
the resilience stitched into every choice,
the way you show up even when you’re unsure, tired, or stretched thin.

If no one has told you lately:
You are doing beautifully.
