As 2025 comes to a close, my heart is full. 💛

To my patients, friends, family, colleagues, and community—thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and believing in this work. This year was one of growth, connection, and purpose, and none of it happened alone.

✨ Some 2025 highlights:

• Over 1,000 patient appointments
• Supported 200+ women through hormone care
• Helped launch a women-focused networking group
• Spoke on panels and at women’s health support groups
• Expanded our wellness collective to include Ayurvedic medicine and esthetics
• Supported colleagues across Idaho on statewide initiatives
• Wrote an abstract that was accepted for a national poster presentation

These are just a few moments in a year filled with meaningful conversations, brave healing journeys, and incredible collaboration. I’m endlessly grateful for the women who trusted me with their care and the village that continues to lift this work.

Healthcare is changing—and you’ve probably noticed more clinics moving to cash-only or membership-based models.

At my practice, I’ve made a very intentional decision to offer both insurance-based and cash-based options.

Here’s why ⬇️

Many people already pay hundreds (or thousands) of dollars each month in insurance premiums—costs that continue to rise and are completely out of our control. Asking patients to then only access care through an additional monthly membership can create barriers, not solutions.

I don’t believe hormone care—or healthcare in general—should be reserved for those who can afford a luxury model.

This isn’t about one model being “right” or “wrong.”

It’s about serving patients where they are.

Some patients want the transparency and flexibility of cash-based care.

Others rely on their insurance because they’re already paying for it—and they should be able to use it.

My goal has always been simple:

✨ Make evidence-based hormone care accessible, ethical, and patient-centered

✨ Adapt to the realities of today’s healthcare system without excluding people

At the end of the day, this isn’t about business trends.

It’s about people. And that’s where I’ll always stand.

As we head into the new year, I want to keep you fully in the loop. Our annual price adjustment will go into effect on January 1st.

This change reflects increased costs of supplies and goods (the not-so-fun stuff that’s out of my control ). To keep things simple and predictable, I only adjust pricing once a year—always on January 1st, never throughout the year.

✨ Updated pricing is now live on the website and will apply to all treatments and services beginning January 1st.
