Golfer’s Elbow vs Tennis Elbow...What’s the difference?

Golfer’s elbow = pain on the inside of the elbow
Tennis elbow = pain on the outside of the elbow

Both are forms of tendon overuse (epicondylitis).

Golfer’s elbow is often caused by:
• Repetitive gripping
• Wrist flexion
• Lifting weights
• Tool use
• Swinging a club or racquet

Watch for:
✔️ Inner elbow tenderness
✔️ Wrist weakness
✔️ Pain with gripping or turning objects
✔️ Tingling in ring/little fingers
