One of the greatest honors of my life has been sitting with clients who are ready to face their trauma history. These are people who have already done so much, built careers, held families together, kept moving forward, and they come in knowing something still isn't right. Not broken. Not failing. Just carrying more than any amount of insight or willpower was designed to hold.
