Dr. Falkner says: "Whenever I make soup, I try to make extra so, in a busy week where I might not have enough time to meal prep; I can just pull soups out of the freezer! This is an easy crock pot turkey chili with added egg whites for extra protein. This chili has 24 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber as is. But with the egg whites, it has 39 grams of protein! My goals include having at least 30 grams of protein in each meal (I practice what I preach!). This helps support muscle retention during weight loss, muscle building, and longevity in a peri/post menopausal woman. Having enough protein and fiber also helps balance blood sugar and keep you fuller, longer."
