I saw a post today that said:

“All you need is 20 min outside at midday and you’ll get all the Vitamin D you need.”

👉 Some truth… but a LOT of missing truths.
Here’s the real story:

☀️ Midday UVB alone won’t replenish your D stores.

That’s just one piece of the puzzle—and only for a short window of the day.

What most forget: Sunrise + UVA matter just as much.

Getting light at these times will:
✨ Sync your biology + HPA axis
