Think the root of your hormone issues is a deficiency in hormones?

Thinking, “I’m not stressed.” Here’s the thing: most of us misunderstand what stress actually is.

😣 Chronic stress floods your body with hormones that wreak havoc on the good stuff—like testosterone, progesterone, insulin, melatonin, and thyroid. It triggers A ACTH, which ramps up cortisol production.
