How Soon Do You Need The Money?

Now ...or as soon as possible: my brother (who, with durable POA is in charge of the property), has told me to be ready to move out --with my cats-- by this next Monday (7/22), as the need is great, for my mother to be able to stay at the senior center, to sell "as soon as it can be ready to show" --which entails dislocating us, doing the "show" repairs (mostly cosmetic fixes which i'm able to do, myself) and other prep; if i could offer my brother a promissory, based on a grant/offer that would satisfy the (upfront) financial needs for him to sell the house, that could hold him from moving us out --it could be that the title (which my mother owns, free & clear) is put in the name of the funding institution/foundation or individual(s)-- and an optional lease arrangement providing up to 50% of the monthly proceeds --as a worthwhile investment (in both the property, and my health education & healing work)-- is established, for the benefit of all involved --clients, financiers, and community...! 🙏

My realtor friend has suggested i find an alternate funding source or sources, at least for the down payment, and possibly for investment in this/our property, itself (pictures available) --which is in a beautiful (gated) parklike community, with a clubhouse (for our Health & Healing Network trainings & gatherings), two pools, gym, tennis courts, a duck pond --with ducks!-- and good security): a great destination for personal healing retreats, and the house is the right configuration for hosting guests informally, with separate bedroom & bath... and it makes more sense to create the Health & Growth Home flagship here, than starting from zero, elsewhere --that's why i'm going "out on a limb," as it were, inquiring and applying here, with you, now. 🙂

(...In my view, it is the perfect serene space for launching the "flagship" for a Health & Growth Home network i've been working on since envisioning, developing it from all the networking i've done over the years, and the {video self-care health & wellbeing} online tutorials & Training Academy i aim to create & produce....)

As an ordained minister who has always offered my professional health and healing services (including hands-on neuromuscular rehab and training since 1983) on a sliding scale for accessibility, and completely free of charge since 2009, when i became ordained; and as a CPTSD survivor/sufferer/overcomer (my cats are Doctor- and letter-supported ESAs --Emotional Service Animals-- for me, and are each in their varying stages of being also trained as Therapy cats, for assisting in my work), my focus has been the able and adequate delivery of these novel yet completely natural & very-much-needed services --the specific combined techniques & integrative medicine methodologies i have learned & practice, and the individual training programs i develop-- to benefit whomever might need them (many also living below the poverty line); my resulting personal (below-poverty) income --which, besides the $157/mo. i get from Social Security, is based entirely, as it is & has been since '09, on individual freewill contributions/gifts/offerings-- and my historically low credit score (my having generally avoided building on & using credit) are not conducive to my securing a home loan, personally....

Funding Summary

Q: How much money do we need, to co-create this institute?

A: $10K (--$8K for a home loan down payment, $2K for repairs, startup & initial operating expenses), and a solid business/lease arrangement for ongoing productivity and mutual profit;

or $250K for full sale (including $2K for the startup --with optional business/lease arrangement)

Briefly Described, How We Will Use The Money:

To purchase (&/or be able to put a down payment on) my mother's house-- where i and my support animals have been living and working for the past nine months (& before, in 2021, for about three months, while she was still residing here, before she moved to an Independent Living center nearby), and where they all were leash and halter trained, in the yard: it's a nice-sized cozy 2 BR 2B with a covered porch, patio, and garage, 1K sq ft, with a beautifully landscaped yard, including three good producing fruit trees --an apricot, which is huge, and it produced hugely this year, feeding many friends and neighbors, including a church pie sale benefit for the homeless in our community; a Bing cherry tree, which was loaded with cherries the past few years; and a peach tree, which, though small, has produced hundreds of peaches, with some as big as 18 & 19 oz!-- a courtyard & lawn with a beautiful flowering ornamental cherry tree & pollinator flower garden, all of which i have tended --with tender loving care-- all the time i have been here, and in varying degrees for years while i resided elsewhere in town....

Be Aware 😱

Bayer merged with Monsanto, and removed Monsanto's name for re-branding purposes. It still doesn't change the fact that the nation's largest w**d killer company was meddling in food companies. This list was just to show, which companies did business with Monsanto and or were owned by them prior to the merger. Some of these companies are still owned by Monsanto's subsidiaries.
Bayer/Monsanto either owns these companies and/ or provides these companies with their GMO seeds...
