Jesus reminds us that we aren’t meant to carry tomorrow’s weight along with today’s. Worrying ahead doesn’t protect us—it just exhausts us. Healing, like recovery, happens one day at a time.

If today feels heavy, focus on what’s right in front of you. Breathe. Ask for help. Take the next small step. Grace is given daily, not all at once.
