Seasonal Affective Disorder is a type of depression that occurs at certain times of the year, most commonly during fall and winter when daylight hours are shorter. Symptoms may include:

Persistent sadness or low mood
Loss of interest in activities once enjoyed
Changes in sleep patterns, often oversleeping
Increased appetite or cravings for carbohydrates
Difficulty concentrating
Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness

The Women and Children Alliance provides essential resources, support, and advocacy for women and children in our community. As we come together to celebrate this joyous season, it’s a wonderful opportunity to give back and make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
✨ Here’s how you can help:
• Donate: Consider making a monetary contribution or donating essential items like clothing, toiletries, or non-perishable food items.
• The Giving Tree: located in our waiting room, the giving tree has several tags with item that are greatly needed. Simply take a tag and bring back the item to our office unwrapped. We will do the rest  Image

We're back in PINK this November 21st! Last year, the Diggers and the community raised almost $6,000 for the St James Cancer Center to help support breast cancer research!

The game was one of the most electric match-ups of the season, which saw an EIGHT goal third period and a thrilling overtime winner by Cade Holland!

This year, the Diggers will once again take on the Eastern Washington University Eagles in what is sure to be another barn burner of a game!

This game will be FREE for all, thanks to our sponsors Illumination Women's Health!

All game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off to raise money for the St James Cancer Center!
