A bit about Jenn:
Jenn Fogle, LMT
Idaho School of Massage Therapy
She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Boise for seven years and truly feels she has found her life’s calling. She firmly believes that massage therapy is a vital component of healing, essential for both preventive care and rehabilitation. For her, massage isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity for anyone living an active lifestyle. She specializes in creating customized treatments that prioritize both immediate relief and long-term mobility. Her ability to optimize client outcomes by understanding their needs, educating them on beneficial practices, and ensuring their satisfaction demonstrates a deep understanding of the body.
A lifelong learner, she constantly seeks new modalities to better serve her clientele. She has already completed training in Cross Function Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Cupping, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This year, she is further expanding her expertise by working toward her ISSA Personal Trainer and Stick Mobility certifications to master the art of movement and help her clients with their mobility on a deeper level.
By combining her passion for compassionate connection with her love for athletics, she has built a career she is proud of every day. When she isn’t in the clinic, you’ll find her running the Boise foothills with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Maya, or mountain biking, skiing, backpacking, rock climbing, and disc golfing with her family. She and her adventure-partner husband, Russell, are raising two unbelievably rad sons, Cayden and Cedar, who share their parents’ wild souls and love for the outdoors.

Doctors Jen and Kyle have been living in Boise for six years now, and their excitement for being a part of and serving the Boise community has only continued to grow. Their office is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Boise, also known as “BoDo,” providing the ideal location for a relaxing adjustment to get connected before work, on your lunch break or before you head home at the end of your work day.
