A few things to consider before you float:
💧Stay hydrated! Pack a water bottle with you.
🥙 Fuel your body with nutritious food before getting on the river.
🧴Wear SPF 30 or higher that is water resistant.
😎 Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV exposure.
🛟 Follow safety protocols.
