Join Paul and Naomi for a deeply nourishing weekend of silence, meditation, and reflection. This immersive experience is designed to guide you into the heart of your being—through stillness, inquiry, and presence.
Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this weekend will offer practical tools, guided techniques, and dharma talks that support both beginners and experienced meditators alike. Practicing in community allows for greater support, consistency, and collective insight.
Friday Evening (7–9 PM):
We'll begin the weekend with open discussion, community sharing, and foundational teachings to prepare for the silence ahead.
Saturday & Sunday:
We enter silence. You’ll be lovingly guided through a series of meditative practices, inner inquiry, and philosophical exploration, all held in a supportive and spacious environment.
Sunday Lunch:
Enjoy a nourishing Ayurvedic group meal in silence, as part of the meditative experience.
Meditation Techniques Included:
*Heart-based open awareness meditation
*Yoga Nidra
*Dharana (concentration-based) meditation
*Walking meditation
*Neti Neti (self-inquiry) meditation
Together, we will explore essential questions like “Who am I?” and “What is awareness?”, using loving attention and self-inquiry as tools to gently move into the background of silence—what some traditions consider your true nature.
Schedule:
Friday: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1 hour silent lunch break)
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM (includes Silent Ayurvedic lunch)
