•Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call, recommend products or solutions that best suit the customer, while providing superior customer service.
•Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, while providing the best value and position to the customer.
•Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers while offering the best solution to meet the customer's need.
•Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile to provide a superior interaction.
•Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
•Ability to understand and communicate technical advice (Tier 1) to resolve device issues.
•Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
•Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on criteria set forth by the company.
•Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals

Job Requirements:

•Must be at least 18 years of age or older
