✨ Gather your friends/family and schedule a private group aerial class with me in this beautiful space!

I’ve been offering private 1:1 and 2:1 aerial hammock sessions but I am excited to share I am once again holding space for private group classes. (Hangs 8 hammocks)

✨ Classes are inspired by the 5 Ayurvedic elements:
🧘🏻‍♀️ Ether - floating meditation including but not limited to Nidra, Reiki, Sound.
🦋Air - energetic and creative, the most time learning aerial tricks.
🔥 Fire - intentional core and strength elements.
🌊 Water - fluid, flowing in and between poses.
⛰️ Earth - grounded, restorative.
