Central District Health is is offering NO-COST rides to our Boise Clinic! Call Valley Regional Transit at 208-345-7433 Monday-Friday between 8 am and 5 pm to schedule your ride!

You qualify for Rides2Wellness if:

- You are not eligible for Medicaid transportation
- You do not have transportation to your appointment
- You live in Boise, Eagle, Kuna, Meridian, Garden City, or Star
- Your appointment is at least two (2) business days after you call to schedule your appointment
