From meeting in Vegas for medical clearance to signing legal contracts, the relationship between these two intended dads and their surrogate and her husband has been incredible to witness!! While financial compensation is definitely a perk, all our surrogates are required to demonstrate altruistic motivations and genuinely love helping the families they create!!!

National Infertility Awareness Week opens eyes to the daily experience of so many of their friends, co-workers, and family. While it’s a personal choice to speak up about private experiences, it is empowering to so many people to fight the stigma of silence and openly discuss as much or as little of their personal story as they wish. Thank you to our parents who share their experiences we recognize your bravery in choosing to tell your story. Not everyone finds healing in sharing and that’s ok! But to those who do share, your personal story helps some understand a glimpse of your struggles and gives hope to others that they are not alone and can speak about infertility if or when they feel guided to do so. This picture is from one of those amazing parents who openly shared her story of growing her family via surrogacy. Seeing the love others give you as you share is so inspiring! We can’t wait to hear your birthday story tomorrow and see pictures of your little one snuggling in your arms! Thank you for all who celebrate this week daily in being a voice to so many! 🌈❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜

Located in Boise, Idaho, each month we offer opportunities for our local surrogates to connect! While we have surrogates throughout the US, many are local to our office.
On the contrary, most of our IPs are spread throughout the world, with very few local to us so we connect with them more on a personal level ❤️

Last night at our holiday dinner, one surrogate said “This party is the highlight of my holiday season.” She’s a shy, quiet lady on her third journey helping local couples fulfill their biggest wish to have a family. While we help families worldwide and have surrogates throughout the United States, most of our surrogates are local to our office in Boise Idaho. And as we connect virtually in so many ways, there is no doubt that our in-person meetings build family amongst us. Our team is in awe how amazing it is to be a part of something so life changing that impacts lives. This is JOY! Even in what sometimes is a weary world we become the joy and hope. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

What an amazing Monday! A couple of transfers, a couple of heartbeat confirmations, a couple of clinic grads, a homecoming to an international family, an arrival for another international family and a beautiful baby girl was born!! Congratulations to all our families ❤️

Baby on board!! After embryo transfer, most fertility clinics order a blood test 10-12 days later. This test is referred to as “beta” and reports the quantitative level of hcg the Surrogate is hopefully producing. Some Intended Parents and Surrogates like to have a sneak peak with home pregnancy tests 4-8 days after embryo transfer. As long as everyone realizes that home testing that early might not pick up on a late implantation or might show positive on a non viable pregnancy, it’s very encouraging to see two lines!!

Today in sunny California a family grew with their second child via surrogacy! Often the same Surrogate will carry for the same Parents for a sibling journey, but not always! Congratulations to everyone! ❤️

We are located in the state of Idaho in the wonderful city of Boise. We work with intended parents both domestically and internationally.
