Welcome to Whole Being Massage, a massage practice dedicated to supporting your health and well-being through holistic, personalized bodywork. We are a diverse group of bodyworkers from different backgrounds with a shared passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients, a deep curiosity about the workings of the human body, and a commitment to exploring new modalities and refining our skills and knowledge. We help our clients manage chronic pain and stress, recover from accidents and injuries, and perform at their highest level in sports and everyday activities. We are excited to welcome Aaron to the Whole Being and introduce his new service Functional Corrective Therapy!
This focused treatment is designed to relieve pain and restore balance in the body by addressing how muscles work together. Aaron works to release tight, overworked muscles while helping strengthen the ones that need support. Sessions may include targeted massage, stretching, facial cupping, and muscle scraping to improve mobility and reduce tension.

This treatment can be especially helpful for issues like lower back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel symptoms, and chronic muscle tension.

We decided to join her in opening our doors as well! In the summer of 2020 we trusted our intuition as it led us here to Boise. It was a difficult time, but something felt right here; we felt hope for creating the future we wanted.

We started growing our practice here, just the two of us, by word of mouth. It felt like the Treasure Valley welcomed us with open arms. We followed our hearts and took the opportunities that presented themselves, learning as we went.

We are awestruck now at how far we have come and so incredibly proud of what we have built.

Whole Being Massage is now a thriving practice with a team of 24 and growing. We are honored by the caliber of therapists who have chosen to work with us. Their dedication to their craft and their clients is what makes Whole Being Massage what it is.

Two years ago, we were nominated for Idaho’s Best for the first time and won for the Treasure Valley region. Last year we were blown away when we won the statewide award. We are proud to be nominated again this year and would love nothing more than to bring the title of Idaho’s Best home again!

The support and recognition from our community is validation that we are doing something worthwhile. We are committed to continue showing up and doing our best for our therapists, our clients, and our community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Stephanie specializes in helping people who feel stuck, unheard, or disconnected from their bodies, creating sessions that support real relief, regulation, and ease. Her belief that "when the body feels safe it can heal" says it all.
