COVID-19 Update
To reduce and prevent the spread of illness, please follow the protocol:
• Please refrain from coming into the office if you are sick.
• Wash your hands once you enter the office, and when you leave the office for at least 20 seconds with water and soap.
• Please wipe down doorknobs and conference rooms after they are used with disinfectant wipes.
• Avoid handshaking when meeting with others.
These measures are intended to reduce contact between individuals and maintain the overall health of staff and clients.

As we At Foundations For Independence continue to provide services to our clients, we want you all to know we are in continues communication with staff and families.

We want to Be sure everyone is healthy before providing or participating in services.
Both staff and participants are washing hands when arriving to therapy. Rooms and supplies are being cleaned after being used.
In addition to our regular cleaning we have increased cleaning and disinfecting in effort to keep staff and kiddos healthy.

We will continue to provide services until told otherwise by The Department of Health and welfare.
