If you’re like most people, you’ve probably heard that vitamin C is great for fighting off colds, protecting your cells, and boosting your overall immune system…

But what you might not know is how much vitamin C you actually need to experience its immunity-boosting benefits.

Most people assume they're getting enough from their daily dose, but the truth is, it's likely far less than what your body actually needs.

That’s because the daily recommended dose for vitamin C was set way back in the 1940s.

And back then, doctors were only concerned with preventing scurvy…

They didn’t focus on giving you enough vitamin C to truly strengthen your immune system.

So they set the bar low - just enough to avoid deficiency, but nowhere near enough to maximize the health benefits.

Restore motion to the mid foot and make a foot orthotic to the functional foot. Allows the fascia to heal.

The cause of Plantar Fasciitis is the inability of the mid foot to raise and shorten the foot upon heel raise. Mobilize the mid foot with adjustments and the it releases the tension on the fascia. It is that simple.

It's important to recognize that custom orthotics are specifically designed for an individual's unique needs and foot structure. Prescribing generic orthotics as custom-made not only misleads patients but also undermines the value of true custom-made orthotics. Let's work together to bring change to this practice and ensure patients receive the individualized care they deserve.
