I've thought a lot about how pain affects our lives.
I have experienced a number of times where the pain has been such a distraction that it's hard to accomplish other things. Where you find yourself making adjustments and accommodations, and sometimes those adjustments create pain in other areas. 🤦🏽‍♀️ It can be really hard!

And I am so grateful to know that there are ways to move through this pain simply and so much quicker!
