In just one month we'll gather to integrate the magic of the Full Flower Moon through the power of the breath💐🌕💐

Join us on Saturday, May 2, 4pm-6pm, for a special Somatic Breathwork Ceremony to help integrate the energy and magic of the May 1 Full Flower Moon.

Our sacred container at Ananda Yoga Space will be beautifully adorned with flowers generously provided by FiftyFlowers - a woman-owned floral leader driven by the belief that "Anything can bloom", it just takes intention.

I won't be teaching at Yogafort but I'll be there all day long, Friday and Saturday, helping out - and can't wait to see you there🥰

I’m so happy to be part of the Yogafort crew again this year and can’t wait to gather with everyone for another beautiful couple of days of practice and connection.🥰
