Our PT Tammy joined with Operation Walk to volunteer her time and amazing therapy skills in El Salvador. Operation Walk is a non profit that offers free surgical and physical therapy treatments for patients in developing countries who otherwise have no access to the life-improving care. 🎉We are proud to introduce you to Tammy Seagrave! (Even though she isn’t new here😂)

🔥Tammy is one of our full time PTs at our Meridian clinic off Eagle road! She graduated from Puget sound in 1999 with her masters degree in Physical therapy and also earned a bachelors degree in psychology.
-
👶🏼When Tammy is not in clinic you can always find her outside with her two boys Taylor and Mason. They enjoy traveling and being outside together. She personally enjoys doing yoga, lifting weights and skate skiing!

🎯 Tammy is currently our only therapist certified in dry needling which is very helpful in helping with painful knots and tender places.

🙌🏼If you know anything about Sawtooth PT you know the Ron is the life blood that flows through its veins!

✍🏻Ron established Sawtooth PT in 2011. After spending multiple years in practice he wanted individuals to have access to better care so he built it.
-
🔍Ron believes in keeping rehab simple. He strives to find the simplest answer to an individuals mechanical and structural deficits in order to help them get back to the things they love!
-
👨🏻‍🎓Ron graduated from Des Moines University in Iowa with a masters degree in physical therapy. He also completed a bachelors in exercise science from the University of Missouri.

🚴 In his spare time you can find Ron riding around on his various bikes, teaching cyclocross skills, fixing his bikes or talking about bikes with other bike enthusiast. Did we mention he knows a thing or two about bikes?

🏔 You can also find him spending time in the mountains or on the river with his wife (Amy), his two sons (Kent and Sam) and their two dogs (more like small bears).

🔥Ron’s passion for physical therapy is the reason we are all here today and we cannot thank him enough for pursuing his dream and building the company into what it is today.

We had a great inservice discussion this morning on how and why physical therapy NEEDS to be looking at mental health conditions with our patients in order to treat the whole human. Thank you so much for presenting this morning. We can’t wait to use it in our practice!
