Christmas doesn’t land the same way for everyone. For many, the holiday season can bring mixed emotions, grief, stress, or a need for rest. If you’re navigating holiday mental health, emotional overwhelm, or simply choosing a quieter Christmas, you are allowed to honor what you need.

At Healing Journey Collective, we believe mental health care during the holidays starts with compassion and permission. Whether you’re celebrating fully, opting out, or staying in bed today, your nervous system matters more than tradition.

Saturday, November 8th from 10AM to 12:30PM, Boise Farmers Market will again offer $40 for SNAP recipients to use towards SNAP eligible groceries as funds allow. Last weekend, they served 551 households - our neighbors, friends and coworkers.
