Just like a lot of you, the three of us were tired of not feeling & looking our best. While our journeys were unique and SEPARATE....COMBINED we have lost over 125 pounds (that's an entire person!!). We learned a lot along the way...the good, the bad, & the ugly and we have used our experiences & knowledge to design some amazing opportunities for you. We improved our abs, labs, & libidos (did you know the biggest female sex organ is her brain!).
