Starting January 2026, we will no longer accept ClassPass for weekend classes.

Why? Weekend classes are some of our most in-demand offerings, and this change allows us to prioritize our members, ensure a better in-studio experience, and continue investing in our instructors, programming, and community you know and love. 💛

Introducing our Client of the Month!

We asked her to share with us…

Why Torque? What is your DRIVING FORCE?

I decided to try out Torque due to my little sister encouraging me. When I was in high school and in my undergrad years of college I tried spin classes and didn’t enjoy them. Once I came to my first class at Torque I felt alive, motivated, and inspired. The environment and the encouragement the Torque community radiates is one of a kind. I feel valued, comfortable, and most of all supported by the community. I wanted to find a type of movement that I enjoyed and that I didn’t feel like I “had” to go workout instead a movement that I looked forward to and felt exciting not an obligation. My driving force is my desire to continue to grow and get stronger in cycling but overall feel mentally and physically well.

Describe a memorable moment you’ve had in class.

Izzy’s class on a Saturday, it was like my third class at Torque and in the reflection part of the class she was saying some inspiring/encouraging words and in that moment I realized that I am strong and that I had found my community that made me feel powerful. Her words touched my heart in a way that I didn’t even know I needed to hear, and little did she know how she inspired me to continue to believe in myself and that I had found my place. It all clicked for me, I was going through some health issues and learning to accept them and not be ashamed, that day I felt that strength I needed and found my community.

Do you have any advice for newcomers who are thinking about joining the studio?

Have fun and don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Lean into the vibes and good atmosphere, enjoy the music and remind yourself that you are brave and strong for trying it out! Every time I go to class it feels like I am going to “da club” to sweat off all my worries and any negative feelings I may have had in the day or week. Have fun and push yourself because you are stronger than you think!

We asked her to share with us…

Why Torque? What is your driving force?

When starting my fitness journey I told myself I would look into a gym that made me feel welcomed and that had a good community. After trying multiple different gyms and classes I found myself losing interest because I couldn’t find that “happy place or motivation ” where I could go and leave everything at the door. I would often catch myself not showing up to workout classes or even to the gym. After looking for a great gym that offered cycling classes, I got recommended to try Torque. When I booked my first class with Torque all I remember was being so excited, nervous, scared, and all the other emotions. When going to my first class I remember walking in and getting greeted by the front desk and right away I knew I made a great choice and after class I felt at peace and knew I had found the gym I’ve been looking for. Torque has changed my mindset and life in so many ways and I’m so happy I showed up after feeling all the emotions to try a different gym.

Describe a memorable moment you’ve had in class.

One of the most memorable moments I’ve had in class was when everything clicked—when the music, the energy, and the instructor’s encouragement came together in perfect harmony. It felt like the world slowed down, and for the 45 minutes , I was completely in the zone, pushing myself further than I ever thought possible. The sense of accomplishment and the rush of positive energy that followed made it a moment I’ll never forget

I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken, but one in particular hold a special place in my heart. The first was the Red, White, and Ride with Christina not only because the Fourth of July is my favorite holiday, but because the vibes, energy, environment, music, and the incredible workout all came together in such a motivating way. Christina’s classes push and motivate me to do my best every time.
