My goal is to assist people in finding healing, balance and a better understanding of themselves through body awareness. My journey has been to listen and intuit what the body is communicating through pain, symptoms, posture, and each person's unique energy signature. My early training as a massage therapist has given me a wonderful window into this work which over the past 30 years has evolved into energy healing and a strong intuition about the body. I welcome you to experience this unique treatment and am honored to assist in your healing process.

A question I get often is "can I get in this week?" Or they want to get in this week but don't contact me because they don't think I will have any openings...The Best thing to do is text me. I can usually find a time to get someone in that same week and if I can't it will be the next week...Hope To See You Soon!

Boy there is nothing like a great haircut and a 90 min. massage after a long grey winter!! Now I can't cut your hair but I can definitely handle the massage! 😊 (Thank you to Jamie for cutting my hair after MONTHS of waiting! Bless You!) February appts. for massage and energywork still available.
