Self care, self love. What better day to start a challenge focused on self care than a day wrapped around the concept of love? ❤️ ~~ the challenge is to complete 24 classes in 42 days. There will be a sticker chart on the wall to track your progress! We love sticker charts!! And lots of support and encouragement along the way 🥰❤️~~ Every participant that completes the 24 classes between 2/14-3/28 will be entered into a prize raffle, where grand prize is an annual unlimited membership to The LITL Studio! Not an unlimited member? A 6-week unlimited pass is available for $175. If you are on one of our limited memberships, we can freeze the current membership if you’d like to purchase the challenge pass to participate 🌟

Stepped way out of my comfort zone today. Wearing a microphone headset, teaching on stage at Treefort Music Hall, to what felt like a sea of people at first wellness festival. I’ve never done anything like that before. Was it uncomfortable? Absolutely. Was it amazing? Hell freaking yes! This is how we grow. Playing with the edge of discomfort and asking ourselves “is this really a no?”. If we tune in and listen, often that “no” or “I can’t” is really just fear. Fear is what limits you, even though you are truly limitless. I have a sneaking suspicion this year is going to be very BIG for LITL. Ami and I are filled with ideas, intentions, intuition, and trust. We have been so divinely guided in everything we have done in planting the seeds and nourishing the foundation of The LITL Studio, in a way that feels genuinely strong and deeply rooted. We have never let fear stop us from moving forward. And so, feeling the high of adrenaline from doing something that scared me, I confidently shout into the universe, “we are ready!”. We continue to nourish ourselves, and the business, and I believe The LITL Studio is about to grow quite BIG 🌱💚🌳

Happy New Year! 🌟
This is the vision board Ami and I created last February, before we knew the building was ours. We couldn’t have imagined how beautifully our vision would come true. The LITL Studio feels like a family. It’s a space we all come, as ourselves. We show up to learn and grow. To do yoga, and to be yoga.

As we turn the calendar to a fresh start, I reflect back on the absolutely astounding levels of growth this last year offered. Both for the studio, and for my self. And I’m filled with the most immeasurable gratitude. For LITL… and for life. 🌟💫✨ #2025
