The Learning and Language Center at calico
You are likely experiencing the increased impact that novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our community. As healthcare providers, we feel it is important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking at calico pediatric therapy center and The Learning and Language Center at calico. Our number one priority is the health and safety of clients, families and team members.
• Our offices are cleaned and sanitized many times throughout the day as part of our normal course of business. Over the past few weeks, we've increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings.
• Therapy rooms and all therapy toys used in the session will be cleaned between each session.
• Clients and therapists are washing or sanitizing hands before and after therapy sessions.
• Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in our lobby and every therapy room.
• If you or your child has a compromised immune system, or you feel uncomfortable please let us know of your plans and we can discuss options.
• Please be patient with us if staff are ill and are asked to stay home.
• If you or your child is experiencing the symptoms of a cold or the flu (fever, cough, shortness of breath) or if you have traveled in the last three weeks to an impacted area, we ask that you please contact us.
• If you or your family members become sick and it is evident that you will be home for a while, please keep us updated as to when your child is likely to return. Their spot will be reserved for when they return.
Please contact us at (208) 321-4898 for all rescheduling needs. You may also reach out via email to heatherd@calicospeechtherapy.com or kristin@calicospeechtherapy.com. Thank you for your support. Together, we will emerge from this challenging season as a stronger community.
