This Saturday, Aug 16, we’re hitting the Fishhook Creek Trail in Stanley, Idaho for an unforgettable adaptive hike alongside Higher Ground —and we’d love your help.

When you’re having so much fun on the trail, the only thing you can think about is doing it again next year. 🌿☀️

This is what happens when we create spaces where everyone can belong—where kids, families, and friends get to laugh, explore, and feel free in the outdoors. It’s not about the trail itself, it’s about the memories made and the connections formed.

WE’RE SO CLOSE—Help us cross the finish line!

The outdoors should be for everyone. We’re $4,000 away from adding another Joelette wheelchair to our fleet, making sure more people can hit the trails with us. This isn’t just a chair—it’s access, adventure, and community in motion.

We’ve got until the END OF THE MONTH to lock in the price, and with this final Joelette, we’ll have a full fleet ready to roll. That means more people on the trails, more unforgettable summits, and more proof that the outdoors truly belongs to all of us.

But here’s the thing – we need your help to make it happen! We’re just $3,750 away from reaching our goal to purchase this chair for the season. Together, we can make sure that more people, no matter their ability, can join in on these life-changing hikes. 💙

We added one more to our fleet! Our new Huckleberry Hiking Chair is perfect for epic adventures…..

and sibiling hugs.

The huckleberry hiking chair is perfect for kids with disabilities to join our hikes! This means that whole families can be restored and strengthened through these adaptive adventures.

To all that have donated this past year, thank you! You’ve made it possible to expand our hiking crew with one more chair for our participants. Now, even more people get to enjoy the beauty and wonder of the outdoors!
