We are so excited!! We finally won the trophy for bringing our turnover rate from 98.6% to 18% in our Region. Plantation Place is # 1 in Region 5, in employee retention! Alex Robinson, Ashley Perrenoud, and Rob Ford are celebrating our victory!

We are excited to shine the spotlight on Ashley Perrenoud, our wonderful Wellness and Enrichment Coordinator, who has been a part of our community since February 2025. In just a short time, Ashley has made a remarkable impact, bringing creativity, energy, and compassion into everything she does. She has truly elevated our enrichment program, ensuring our residents enjoy activities that are not only engaging, but also meaningful and personalized.

Residents often share how much they appreciate Ashley’s caring approach—especially the way she listens to their ideas and feedback, then thoughtfully puts them into action. She has a natural ability to brighten a room with her positivity, and her willingness to jump in and support her teammates never goes unnoticed.

Outside of work, Ashley values spending time with her family. She enjoys movie nights, camping trips, and family dinners, and her strong sense of family shines through in her work here, as she treats residents with the same kindness and warmth she shows her loved ones at home.

Ashley, thank you for all that you do to make Plantation Place a vibrant, welcoming, and joyful place to live and work. We are so fortunate to have you on our team, and we look forward to all the wonderful memories you will continue to create with our residents and staff!

We are celebrating our fantastic Housekeeper, Maria. She has been with us for 22 years and now her daughter has joined our wonderful team! We are so proud of her and excited that she has stayed with us for so long!

We had a very fun Luau yesterday. We had some performers come and teach us how to do some hula dancing. We ate coconut cupcakes and had Pina Coladas! Everything tasted great!
