The Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians is excited to announce the launch of a new member engagement initiative: Virtual Town Halls hosted by your IACP Board of Directors & Executive Director. These quarterly events will allow our members to exchange information and learn from colleagues on topics that are important to you.

Topic - Insurance:
Our first event will focus on all things related to insurance coverage, including recent updates and changes among various carriers. Please come prepared with your questions, advice, and information regarding all aspects of insurance. We'll also discuss the recent Medicaid provider rate cuts and the potential for further reductions during the upcoming legislative session.

A New Era of Member Connection:
This new series was developed in response to member feedback requesting more opportunities for networking and connection with your colleagues outside of the Annual Convention. These informal, one-hour sessions are designed to strengthen engagement and foster information sharing among our members.

What to Expect
The kickoff town hall will serve as an introduction to this new format, featuring:
An overview of the virtual town hall concept
Opportunities for attendees to discuss insurance issues
Discussion to identify topics for future sessions

Who Should Attend
All IACP members are invited to participate. Whether you're a seasoned chiropractor or just starting in your practice, your voice and perspective are valuable.

We encourage all members to think about future town hall topics and share your feedback. Your input will help to ensure these town halls address the topics and issues most important to our membership.

2023 IACP ANNUAL CONVENTION SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT - Dr. Tom Bench DC, CC

Dr. Tom Bench is an internationally Certified Craniopath (CC), and SOT® Methods Practitioner. He is also Pediatric Certified through The Pediatric Experience.

Dr. Tom Bench was voted Idaho Chiropractor of the Year, 2017 and International Chiro of the year, 2022! He has achieved National medals in competitive speaking and debate and a Bachelors degree from BYU-Idaho. His graduate degree, Doctor of Chiropractic, was awarded from Palmer College in 2009. Over the years he has accumulated over 450 hours of extra training in Pediatric and Pregnancy considerations through The Pediatric Experience and SOT® Methods.

Dr. Bench currently serves as Ex-Officio President of SORSI and Vice President for the IACP.

2023 IACP ANNUAL CONVENTION SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT - Dr. Nicholas Studholme, DC

Dr. Nicholas Studholme will speak on Dynamic Taping during this year's IACP Convention.

Dr. Studholme, a Colorado native, is an expert in treating chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and analyzing and improving running form and technique. He graduated Cum Laude from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon and has been in practice in the Denver/Boulder area since 2000. In addition to private practice Dr. Studholme instructor for Functional Neuro Orthopedic Rehab and Dynamic Tape and consults with many high-level athletes in the NHL, EPL and MLS. Additionally in 2011 he co-founded Spark Motion a motion capture app.

2023 IACP ANNUAL CONVENTION SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT - Jonathan Wilhelm, DC, MS-SSR, CCSP, CCEP, CSCS, ICSC

Dr. Jon Wilhelm will speak on Hands-On Adjusting Techniques during this year's IACP Convention.

Dr. Wilhelm practices in Bozeman, Montana where he opened Pro Chiropractic Belgrade in 2004. Dr. Wilhelm is a certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP®) and holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. Additionally, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Wilhelm is a partner team physician with Montana State University Athletics, and has expanded his experience nationally and internationally with USA Gymnastics, USA Track and Field, USA Bobsled Skeleton, the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS), American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, and American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. Dr. Wilhelm was voted 2018 ACA Sports Council Sports Chiropractor of the Year and was selected as part of the USOPC Medical Team for the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea. He combines specific chiropractic adjustments to the spine and extremities, with cutting edge sports medicine approaches including Graston IASTM Therapy, Dry Needling Therapy, SPRT functional taping, Kinesiology and Dynamic taping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Shockwave Therapy, Fascial Manipulation and specific functional rehabilitative exercises including Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Dr. Jon believes strongly that improving education will result in a better cared for and more satisfied patients.

2023 IACP ANNUAL CONVENTION SPEAKER HIGHLIGHT - Dr. James Musick, A.B.A., BA, D.C., F**A, F**AC(H), I.I.E., QME, FPWAC, CCST

Dr. James Musick will speak on Philosophy during this year's IACP Convention.

James E. Musick, D.C. was born in Davenport, Iowa and grew up in Westminster, South Carolina. After high school he served in the U.S Navy as a graduate U.S. Navy photographer in a photo recon squadron with three tours of duty. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Musick has completed his Associate in Business Administration, his Bachelor of Arts degree, and is credentialed as an Industrial Injury Evaluator, a prerequisite for becoming a California Qualified Medical Evaluator. He is also certified in Chiropractic Spinal Trauma. Currently, Dr. Musick lectures extensively on California Worker’s Compensation. He has created and published over 200 electronic forms on CD for the ICAC on workers’ compensation, personal injury and clinical practice. Professionally, Dr. Musick is the immediate past president and currently serves as the Chairman of the ICA of California (ICAC). He serves as Chairman of the Legislative District Directors (LDD) and Patients for Chiropractic Political Awareness (PCPA), both grass roots political networks. In the past, Dr. Musick was the Chairman of Chiropractors to Elect Pete Wilson Governor and the Chairman of the Committees to Elect Arnold Schwarzenegger Governor with 1,032 Chiropractors and Chiropractic patients as members.
