Meet our newest PT, Cam! 👋🏼

Cameron Daron is a licensed physical therapist who joined the Foothills team in 2025. He is a Boise native and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Idaho State University after completing undergraduate studies in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science at Boise State University.

Cam's passion for physical therapy stemmed from a lifelong love of physical activity and a desire to work in healthcare. He found that physical therapy was the perfect mix of the two. Cam's favorite thing about being a physical therapist is watching his patients regain their physical abilities and get back to enjoying the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Cam enjoys playing basketball and exploring the great Idaho outdoors. He particularly loves mountain biking, hiking, and camping with his wife, Holly, and their Border Collie, June.

Cam looks forward to seeing you at our Eagle location. Give him a big welcome in the comments! ☺️

We want to give a HUGE congratulations to our physical therapists Clark Day and Lily Seynaeve for both passing their OCS exam! 🎉

The OCS stands for Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. It's a board certification that experienced physical therapists can earn to show they have advanced knowledge and skills in treating orthopedic conditions - things like joint pain, muscle injuries, post-surgical rehab, and sports-related issues.

We are so proud of Clark and Lily! Tell them congrats in the comments 🎉👇

Meet our newest PT, Andy! 👋🏼

Andres "Andy" Sanchez is a licensed physical therapist who joined the Foothills team in 2025. Originally from Ontario, Oregon, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Idaho State University, following undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at the College of Idaho.

Andy’s interest in physical therapy was sparked at a young age by a close family friend who worked in the field. He was inspired by the meaningful impact his friend had on others and the fulfilling career and lifestyle he built through helping people. That early exposure planted the seed for Andy’s own path in physical therapy.

Driven by this passion, Andy focuses on delivering personalized, one-on-one care that empowers patients to reclaim their active lifestyles. He particularly enjoys treating sports injuries and assisting weekend warriors in returning to their favorite activities and passions.

Outside of the clinic, Andy enjoys staying active with sports like pickleball and golf, as well as exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. He also cherishes time spent with his wife, Abby, nephews, and family.

Andy looks forward to seeing you at our Ten Mile location. Give him a big welcome in the comments! ☺️

Ladies... we need to get one thing straight.

Lifting weights won’t make you bulky—it’ll make you stronger and help protect your bones 🙌🏼

Exercise is one of the best ways to fight osteoporosis and keep you feeling confident and independent. Regular physical activity can increase muscle strength, improve balance, reduce the risk of broken bones, improve posture, and even lessen pain.

It’s never too late to start, but it’s important to find the safest and most enjoyable activities for you based on your health and bone loss. Strength training, weight-bearing activities like walking, and balance exercises are great places to start.

Before you jump in, talk with your healthcare provider. A DEXA scan can help assess your bone health, and a physical therapist can teach you proper form to keep you safe and get the most from your workouts.

The best exercise is the one you enjoy—because that’s the one you’ll stick with!

👉 Ready to get stronger and protect your bones? Reach out and let’s build a plan that works for you.
