The journey to self-discovery isn’t always straight…it’s more like a slinky at times.

Healing and helping heal others isn’t just about expertise and credentials. Underneath all of us who consider ourselves “helpers” is often a remarkable story of personal growth and unwavering dedication, a story that illuminates the boundless possibilities on the journey to self-discovery.

Each struggle we all face has the opportunity to ignite a flame within us, a deep desire to regain our freedom to move, to live, to love, and to find pure joy.

When I, Char, first saw my clients reclaim health and purpose, I felt profound honor in guiding someone back to their GLOW and finding their purpose. While my background is in modalities that are often physical techniques, I have come to realize that these methods are helpful and soothing, but inner work must go hand-in-hand in order for YOU to reach your fullest potential. You have to find the light within.

How many labels have you collected over the course of your life? How many of them contributed to the limits you have placed on yourself?

Think back to a moment in your life where someone told you something about yourself which made you feel like you were not made to do or have something? Maybe someone told you that you weren’t smart, that you couldn’t be the profession that you always dreamed of being, or something worse – maybe they showed you that you weren’t unlovable with their unkind actions.

These labels can be SO POWERFUL and they can hold you back from everything you are meant to do in this life. We have had the same experiences but have broken through the labels through deep work. And this is why we formed Finding GLOW.

Healing is done through so many pathways and as a collective, we strive to unlock all of them through our course work and retreats.

Letting go of the version of yourself that believed the labels you have been given is possible. It won’t be easy but once you start to implement the strategies and habits we teach here, you’ll see the power of the labels weaken and eventually vanish.

Let’s talk about limiting beliefs for a second.

Today I’m working on a powerful journal that helps you to not just improve your mindfulness, but also tap into your inner trauma and begin to release it with ease. I hope when you receive this free resources from us that it touches you as powerfully as it has touched me while creating it.

It’s such a blessing to have gone through my own struggles so that I would be inspired to become someone who can help others through their own healing journey.

I remember thinking that I could not get through the grief and pain at one point in my life but I wasn’t aware of how powerful my mind could be if I unlocked it. I know this journal will help you start to do the same.

It was through watching my mother’s health that I realized that what we put into our minds and into our bodies has a direct impact on how we show up in the world. Releasing the hold our triggers have on us is completely possible when we believe it. When we truly believe in the power of our energy, we can overcome anything.

So here is the thing: there are things that happen to us but if we shift our mindset to accepting these things as happening FOR us…for our own good and improvement…that is when we step onto the path of resilience…of finding GLOW.

Today, let’s take out a paper and make two columns. On one side, label it TRUTH and on the other side, label it LIES. Spend some time writing down what you have been told about yourself and also what you say about yourself. How many items end up on the TRUTH side and how many on the LIES side? How many are GOOD things that you aren’t giving enough attention to?

Listen, you were made to be BRIGHT and you can find your GLOW but it begins with uncovering false beliefs. You can do this! We are here to help.
