Putting your thoughts on paper can help quiet a racing mind, process emotions, reduce stress, and build self-awareness. It’s a simple practice—but one that can create real change in your mental health.

How to get started with journaling:
1️⃣ Start small — 2–5 minutes is enough
2️⃣ Choose your format — notebook, notes app, or voice-to-text
3️⃣ Write without editing — let it be messy and honest
4️⃣ Use prompts if you feel stuck (e.g., “What’s weighing on me today?”)
5️⃣ End with a grounding thought or intention
6️⃣ Make it routine — same time, same place when possible
