Starting in April, we’re expanding our schedule to include Saturday therapy appointments from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Weekend sessions make it easier to prioritize your mental health without disrupting your workweek. They can offer a quieter pace, more time to reflect, and a chance to reset before the week ahead.
Saturday spots are limited and will fill quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your time early.
