Got Your Six Trauma Mental Health, LLC-Dr. Hanna S. Thomas Dr. Hanna S. I am Dr. Hanna Thomas and I have dedicated the past 16 years helping people recover from trauma and reclaim their lives.

Thomas is a pre-licensed Psychologist and trauma specialist offering clients a safe and confidential space to begin to explore recovery on their own terms through coaching services. I am a pre-licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology specializing in Traumatic Stress Psychology. This means that I have received specialized education, training, and experience in he

lping you understand and recover from your trauma or PTSD along with co-occurring conditions such as grief, sleep disturbances, and chronic pain. I am especially passionate about working with military service members, veterans, law enforcement, and other first responders; and possess extensive training and experience working with our country's heroes. Whether you are a service member, veteran, first responder, or not, I am happy to help anyone who is ready to begin recovering from their trauma. At present I am not yet licensed to provide clinical psychotherapy or diagnostic assessments in the state of Idaho, however, I will be soon. I am , however, currently offering individual Trauma Recovery Coaching service over video tele-health. I will be expanding my services to include trauma/PTSD psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments once licensed.

Dr. Thomas and the staff at Got Your Six Trauma Mental Health, LLC. sends their deepest condolences to the COEUR D'ALENE first responders community in the wake of yesterday's senseless attack upon the brave men and women who selflessly keep our communities safe every day. We also express our gratitude for their unwavering courage to still keep the community safe despite their immeasurable loss and dangers posed to their safety.

In the days to come it will be important for all to prioritize their self-care as the impact of this tragedy continues to set in, more details about what had occurred comes to light, and media coverage grows. Lean on your support system. Prioritize sleep/rest. Make sure you are staying hydrated and eating enough. Take breaks from social media and the news. Engage in an activity that gives you a sense of enjoyment or meaning. Ask for help when you believe you need the extra support.
