Started a 5-day fast Saturday night and we'll have my first meal again Friday morning. It's the first time I've done five full days and it's been hard but great! Day one is challenging but day two through five are much easier. Doing this for a body reset. Not necessarily for the weight loss. If you've ever thought about doing one and want to talk let me know.

It was such a great day at the office yesterday!! Thank you to all who came and voted for your favorite chili!! Our chili cook off is my favorite time of year!

The winner this year was Dr. Bingham!! He officially gets bragging rights for one year!!
