Attention Treasure Valley parents:

It is not new information that kids today have access to the internet from any number of devices. With this access comes the dangers of exploitation from unknown sources. This worries both myself and my therapy clients.

am excited to learn that there is a FREE in-person event happening at Ten Mile Christian Church to become more educated ways to navigate these potential threats. The event is being led my top s*x trafficking experts and I hope to see you there!

Join us on August 28 at 6:00 PM in Meridian, ID for a FREE event to protect kids from online threats led by human trafficking experts.

Have you ever noticed how a small gesture can completely change the tone of your day? Whether it’s a compliment from your boss or a simple smile from a stranger, those little things can make a big impact. Dr. John Gottman’s research shows that the same is true in relationships. Small things often, such as a thoughtful message, a compliment, or a quick touch, are key to building trust and strengthening the emotional connection between partners.
