Reflections Float Center Floats are $60 for 90 minutes in the tank. Text or call Ember at (208) 440-1430 to schedule. We've turned a room of our home into the realization of a dream!

When I learned of floating, I knew immediately that this is what I want, and need, to do. There have been years of changing and growing, and now is the time. Welcome! Floating

You step into a weird-looking tank, into just less than 2 feet of water that feels thick and soft. It's saturated with 800 pounds of Epsom Salt so you float, like a cork. Floating is so completely relaxing to your body. It

takes all the pressure off your joints, muscles, and ligaments allowing for total decompression, helping to relieve pain and heal. Since you are inside the tank, where it's dark and quiet, your senses are no longer being overloaded with everyday life. This allows your sympathetic nervous system, your body's fight or flight response, to calm down. Your parasympathetic nervous system, which activates tranquil functions of your body, is able to take over.

All women mother. In many many ways. Happy Mother’s Day if you are celebrating. ❤️

Not all mothers are mothers. Some mothers are aunts by blood, or by royal appointment. Some are sisters, best friends, with safe spaces for laps and listening ears so large they can hear silent cries. Some are teachers who will be remembered lifelong for all the right reasons. Not all mothers are mothers. And if you have one in your life, you are blessed. They have much love to give. And they are walking around this earth with nurture flowing out of their pores. Not all mothers are mothers, but oh how they mother. And this world should throw petals at their mothering feet, as they teach us all, how unconditional love is done.
