🌿 Six Uncomfortable Truths We All Need to Learn 🌿

1️⃣ Love yourself first 💛
When your self-love is stronger than your need to be loved, you stop begging for attention and start glowing from within.

2️⃣ Control your reactions 🧘
Peace is not found in controlling others, but in mastering how you respond to them.

3️⃣ Starve your problems with action 🌱
Overthinking feeds chaos. The moment you take one mindful step forward, the problem begins to shrink.

4️⃣ Flow with uncertainty 🌌
Nothing in life is permanent. The sooner you accept change, the freer and lighter your journey becomes.

5️⃣ Purify what you consume 🍃
A clear mind starts with what you feed your body. Remove the junk, and your thoughts will naturally shine brighter.

6️⃣ Stop seeking validation ✨
Insecurity craves applause. But a truly fulfilled life needs no audience—it speaks for itself.

💡 Takeaway:
These truths may sting at first, but once embraced, they transform discomfort into wisdom and pain into peace. 🌸

When you worry, you are not thinking — you are looping. Your mind keeps replaying the same problem, but never moves an inch closer to the solution.

Worry is like sitting in a rocking chair — you feel like you’re moving, but you’re going nowhere. It drains your energy, clouds your clarity, and magnifies the problem in your head until it feels bigger than life itself.

No solution has ever been born out of worry. Solutions are born from calm observation, clear thinking, and focused action.
When your mind is restless, you are not in control — your fears are.

The truth is, 90% of the things you worry about never even happen. And for the other 10%, worry still doesn’t help — action does.

So when you feel worry creeping in, pause. Breathe. Step back. Ask yourself: What can I do right now that actually helps? Then do that — and let go of the rest.

Remember:
Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s troubles. It only steals today’s peace.

Our story

Tammy and I met in 2006, we were fresh out of massage school. We started our first massage job at Boise Therapeutic Massage Clinic. I worked at BTMC for 8 years and then I went to Physical Therapist Assistant school. Tammy has continued to work at BTMC, along with starting her own private practice. Tammy and I decided to open up our own private practice at the beginning of July. We are so excited to have our own office and to be able to treat and help patients.

I specialize in Myofascial Release, trained by John F. Barnes. I have had continuing education classes specifically for Myofascial Release: MFR 1, MFR 2, Unwinding, and Fascial Pelvis. I have been working at an outpatient clinic as PTA for 4 years, focusing on treating patients using myofascial release. My mission is to promote rehabilitative services with heart-centered human touch. I specialize in pain management, injury rehabilitation, trauma release, mobility, balance and postural abnormalities.
