When you come in from outside, it's a great idea to wash your hands and face. You've touched door handles and possibly a bunch of things covered in pollen. Pollen has also settled on your face and eye lashes just from being outside.

Another thing is washing your hair and your kiddo's hair before bed (even if it's just a rinse) to get that pollen out of your hair.

If you haven't been rinsing your hair and allergies are getting to you, try changing your pillow case and give rinsing your hair before bed a try!
