"Glowing in the New Year" with a glow party!!!! Pictures are grainy because it's hard to take moving pictures in the dark 🤣🤣🤣 but you can still see how much fun we had today!!!!

Yesterday we made homemade dog treats. When the treats were baked and cooled the ladies wanted to make sure that the dogs would enjoys them, so they did quality control to make sure they smelled good and were still soft for the dogs to chew and break apart. We will be taking them to the shelter on our next outing.

We gave them a picture and paints the other day, with the task of painting what they see and duplicating the picture. This was a valuable project for exploring perspective and understanding how people think and see the world differently. Throughout the activity, we had great discussion, laughter and they showed appreciation for each other's talents.

Our facility was recently visited by Senator Codi Galloway during the holiday season, an honor we greatly appreciated. She took the opportunity to meet with our staff and residents, witnessing our activities and care in action! We are so grateful for a Senator who seeks to stay informed about district matters to better serve.

Santa dropped off Christmas for each resident! A customized cup for each one and a bag of goodies! Then fun was had, singing carols, playing games, dressing festive and eating good!!!

On Christmas Eve, a family visited us to present a performance. We were treated to beautiful singing, guitar, piano, flute, and violin.
